Korean Recipe-Bindaeddeok – MungBean Pancake 

A pleasant Korean hors d'oeuvre formula to attempt !

  Korean Recipe Ingredients:

14 oz nok doo (mung beans)
1 medium onion, slender cut
1/2 carrot, slender julienne
3 green onions, cut in a predisposition
1/8 lb meat, dainty julienne
1/2 cup kimchi, cut into strips*
1/4 cup bean sprout, whitened, generally cleaved
2 tbsp salt

Korean Recipe INSTRUCTIONS :

Wash mung beans and absorb cold water for 3 hours. Dispose of external shell by scouring them with hands. Wash once more.
Put them in a food processor with a little water and toil to genuinely fine glue. In a bowl, blend onion, carrot, green onions, meat, bean sprouts and kimchi.
Add mung bean glue and salt. In a non-stick container, add vegetable oil. Pour a spoon of glue to make 3-4 creeps in width and cook until brown, turn just a single time. The Korean formula of bindaeddeok is prepared to present with soy sauce with some slashed green onion. Appreciate it !
