Saengseon Jeon Pan Fried Cod Recipe
Korean Recipe ingredients: 

  • 250g of Cod Fillet 
  • 100g flour 
  • 2 eggs 
  • Salt and Pepper
Korean Recipe Instructions :
First of all begin by cracking 2 eggs in to a bowl then whisk quickly with a fork. Take the cod and slice it in to pieces, size wise a bit bigger than chicken nuggets but it doesn't matter to much, season with a pinch of salt and pepper and leave for about 10 to 20 minutes.

And then put some oil in a pan (about 2 tablespoons), and make sure its hot. Next is to coat the pieces of fish first in flour then the egg, put straight in the pan and fry, repeat with all the pieces of fish and any vegetables that you want to make with it.

Fry both sides of the fish until crispy brown, this takes about 2 minutes on each side. Saengseon Jeon is best enjoyed straight away and you can dip in a bit of soy sauce if you like...Delicious! Enjoy the fried cod, Korean style ! Enjoy !
